The end result of the services provided by Appleseed Land Management far exceeded my expectations. Jeff, who initially came out and gave a free estimate, was professional and thoroughly explained how things could be done, and gave options on how to do it. I wanted a clear path outside our backyard fence that had become overgrown with dense foliage and vines. Also requested 3 fragrant tea olive trees and 4 bushes be removed. Jay, the operator of the heavy equipment, went above and beyond, clearing tangled vines and dense woods, removing and grinding trees, logs and limbs, and mulching it all. In the backyard, Jay used a shovel and manually removed 4 thorny bushes (Elaeagnus Shrubs) instead of using the heavy equipment. He was afraid that flying debris and limbs might break a window or worse. Also he said he didn’t want to leave deep track marks in our lawn, getting to the shrubs and turning with the heavy equipment. He was genuinely concerned about our property and did everything possible to avoid any potential damage. Without reservation, I highly recommend this company and their employees for their expertise and unparalleled customer service. I will definitely call on their land clearing services in the future.
